Our Projects have been our milestones in the process of learning. We are committed to improve healthcare quality, every project is a baby step towards our VISION to create Patient safety, Quality Assurance and Training an integral part of Healthcare environment.

Our journey of small initiatives includes:

Post Graduate Certificate program in Hospital Management (PGCHM): A collaborative effort with Dr. Gaur Hari Singhania Management institute and R K Devi memorial Hospital towards creating Trained healthcare professionals. This was a first of its kind program in Kanpur city.

Medical Hospitality Program: This was a one week program with Nursing Home Association Of Kanpur under the presidentship Of Dr. Nikhil Gupta. A unique program designed to help paramedics and hospital staff working in city hospitals and Nursing homes.

NABH ACCREDITATION AND CERTIFICATION PROJECTS

Vivekananda Polyclinic Institute Of Medical Sciences Accreditation of this hospital on 4th edition has been a very delightful journey. This project gave us the opportunity to work very closely with all the aspects of accreditation process. Bringing about change in a trust hospital has been a very memorable journey. Committment of Secretary, RamaKrishna Mission Sevashram Swami Muktinathanandaji cannot be explained in words.		Globus Hospital For Joint Replacement Accredited under Small Hospital Healthcare Organisation headed by senior Orthopedic surgeon Dr. R K Singh and Dr. Minoo Singh is a part of continuos quality improvement program of R K Devi Healthcare Solutions.
Ajanta Hospital & IVF Center Pvt. Ltd: Headed by dynamic Dr. Anil Khanna & Dr. Geeta Khanna,this hospital completed its pre entry level certification. To see the percolation of Quality initiatives across hospital has been a rewarding experience		Kulwanti Hospital and Research center: Headed by young team of brothers Aditya bhatia and Abhishek Bhatia who are leaving no stone unturned to imrpove Quality in their organisation.
SAM Eye Hospital: Good experience working with meticulous promotors who have a very progressive approach to improve patient outcomes by providing Quality care		Guru Teg Bahadur Hospital: Headed by Dr. Deepak Srivastav, who with his expertise and will to improve the system has tremendously changed the structure, process and outcomes in his Hospital. His facility works towards patient safety and safe working environment.
R K Devi Memorial Hospital: It had been an interesting journey to wear two hats of promotor as well as a consultant. This project helped me to understand NABH from both sides, it gave me a perspective of promotors mindset and a consultant's view point. It was very rewarding to see the team spirit among staff and improvements which took place in the organisation.		T C Eye center, Lucknow: A good experience to work with Dr. Upsham Goel, one is bound to learn while working with him. His experience, knowledge and logical reasoning would help us to study the system well.
The Medihelp Hospital: ..		Chandrakanat Jawahar lal Public Charitable Trust Hospital: A rewarding journey to see how the hospital improved, team work among staff and a Gungho spirit is something which we will always cherish.
